We were given a double room, it was updated and tidy. Btw it included an iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV set😀

We had a wonderful stay during our visit. the staff were incredibly welcoming. There were plenty of options for fabulous food. the location is particularly great, being close to Queenstown and the adjoining bistro, with the convenience of automated check-in. It’s also just a short distance from the Entrance Town Centre.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to footpath outside, the centre of the town and the Thai restaurant. I stayed in the room that was poorly maintained with curtains falling off and available with TV and west facing windows, for example. The venue's staff were helpful all the time...

Shame the bathroom was really small.

This place is in a fantastic location, surrounded by restaurants and shops, making it super convenient for everything we needed.

A unique base for 4 nights with very good staff. the marvellous and amazing location is conveniently close to the train station. Plus, the food in the attached restaurant is reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful one-night stay from the moment I checked in. the twin room exceeded my expectations. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Queenstown's tourist attractions and the heart of the town, near the scenic railway. This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its central location makes it a convenient choice, especially for those wanting to visit the Wilderness Railway attraction or explore the nearby shops. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms offer a lovely view of the Train Station, and the basic amenities provided ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also included, providing a convenient start to the day.

All in all, everything was fine.

I stayed here for one night and had dinner at the restaurant connected to the hotel. the food at the pub was delicious, just what I was looking for. the hotel is perfectly situated, and I loved the cozy front bistro. 🌟

I particularly enjoyed being so close to the Wilderness Railway attraction and the steam railway, which made exploring the area very convenient.
